The firm was formed in 1999 by Carrie Wisniewski. Carrie has been a Certified Financial Planner™ since 1996.

Our focus is on educating you on the financial planning process, and helping you implement a plan that will fit your lifestyle and achieve your financial goals without causing stress and worry. We help our clients utilize the financial resources available to them to regain balance and enjoyment in life. Carrie specializes in helping small business owners find, assess and implement financial planning strategies on a cost-effective basis.

Carrie Wisniewski, CFP®

Carrie Wisniewski has over 20 years of financial services experience and has earned her MBA degree in Finance as well as the Certified Regulatory & Financial Professional designation from the NASD Institute at Wharton. Carrie also maintains several NASD principal licenses. Carrie's career accomplishments include employment as a registered representative and also as a member of the Compliance Department of Merrill Lynch. Most recently, she was employed by the Atlanta District Office of the NASD as a Senior Compliance Examiner, where she earned several awards for outstanding achievements. Carrie has owned and operated B/D Compliance Associates, Inc. (“BDCA”) since 1994. BDCA provides broker/dealer NASD & SEC compliance consulting to brokerage firms nationwide. Carrie also serves as President of Headstrong Communications, Inc., where she offers her clients the financial planning expertise she has gained from training and experience.

We charge a flat hourly rate for our services, so you can be assured that we do not push any specific products or agenda. We are looking out for one person only: YOU. If we determine that you need specialized financial services and products, you will be referred to someone who has been fully vetted by our firm.

Carrie's son, Bart, is 9 years old.
